Guitar Emporium Of Louisville The most unprofessional and dishonorable music store I've ever experienced!!! “Spoke to Steve who put a Rivera Lobottom guitar subwoofer on hold for me to pay later and when I was ready to pay he said the item wasn't working and then said he would sell the item to me for just the shipping cost and I would have to find somebody on my end to fix it. I waited days to get the invoice he promised he would send me to pay for the shipping on the broken item and didn't have the honor or decency to call or email me back. I had to call back and he said his shipping guy changed his mind and didn't want to ship it at all so that is why I am leaving them negative feedback for the absolutely horrible experience I had with this store. DO NOT TRUST! BEWARE!”
