  The most unprofessional and dishonorable music store I've ever experienced!!!

  “Spoke to Steve who put a Rivera Lobottom guitar subwoofer on hold for me to pay later and when I was ready to pay he said the item wasn't working and then said he would sell the item to me for just the shipping cost and I would have to find somebody on my end to fix it. I waited days to get the invoice he promised he would send me to pay for the shipping on the broken item and didn't have the honor or decency to call or email me back. I had to call back and he said his shipping guy changed his mind and didn't want to ship it at all so that is why I am leaving them negative feedback for the absolutely horrible experience I had with this store. DO NOT TRUST! BEWARE!”

  “I have brought guitars here for repair and while the work satisfactory the wait was ridiculous ...over two weeks and then I had to call them!...This third and last time they discouraged me from a setup on a brand new acoustic guitar saying it was defective.So I brought it to Hoffman Guitars in Minneapolis and had it back in two days and with amazing playability.I think Lavonnes has gone downhill and I would not recommend them.Not to mention the arrogance some of the staff have!”

  “I had used Mr. Dodson's services for the last 5 years (up until last year) and spent a large sum of money in repairs, set-ups, refret jobs, pickup installations, etc and always pleased with the workmanship. However I was abruptly cut out of the loop and denied service. All I can narrow it down to is he experienced a family tragedy the same year and his frustrations are taken out on me. Won't answer my calls either...”
